- We will ensure that all goods are suitable packaged and sent to you so that they reach you in perfect condition. We will ship your products as soon as possible, by whichever means ensures that they get to you quickly. For smaller items we will use Royal Mail, but larger oredrs may require the use of a courier, for which a signature may be required.

- All your detais are kept secure and privtae and we will never share your details with anyone else. We may, form time to time, contact you by email, but we will ensure that it is easy to unsubscribe from any such communication should you so wish.

- Returns & Replacements
- If you are not happy with an item, for whatever reason, please return it, unused and in it's original state (with packaging, if applicable) for a replacement or refund.

- Ordering on this site is secure, as we utilise PayPal as a primary payement system. We are also happy to take telephone orders.

- From time to time, we may carry out promotions on the site, so prices may change. We withold the right to alter prices as we see fit, although if you have ordered a product, the price advertised will be the price you pay.
- Viewing Orders
- In order to check your order history, you will need to have registered on the site. This facility is not available to those who purchase but do not create an account. Registering for an account is very easy and requires no more information than if you were creating an order.
- Updating Account Information
- You will need to have registered for an account first. Once you have done this, you can login and update your details at any time.
